Mindfulness meditation can be used whilst on the go, at work, out shopping, in bad traffic, or in the comfort of your own home and together we can explore how it will benefit your individual needs.

Come and join me on Mondays 6.30 at Much Wenlock Priory Hall and Wednesdays at 6.00 via zoom for a group Mindfulness Meditation Session. We can spend an hour learning a new way to embrace each moment, live in the now and manage the stresses that daily life challenges us with.
